Individualized Home Support
Individualized Home Support is a service for someone who either lives at home or in a family home. This service can be provided in the person’s home, family’s home, or in community spaces. Individualized Home Support has basic and intensive versions of service.
The Basic Service option is without training. This is provided to adults or children when they need support in at least one of the community living service categories.
The intensive versions of service is with training, or with family training. With training is provided to adults when they need support and training in at least one of the community living service categories. With family training is designed for people who live with their family to provide training to the person and their family members. This is provided to adults when they need training and support in at least one of the community living service categories.

- Health safety and wellness support
- Household Management
- Adaptive skills training
